(At Home)
A nurse is the centre of home health care team. Our home healthcare nurses are selected through a rigorous selection process. They are qualified, registered and have years of experience in multispecialty hospitals. DOC Experts give them home care-oriented training at DOC Skill Development Centre.
DOC’s senior clinical nurse supervisors visit patients in the hospital or at their home to carefully design personalized care plan based on the doctor’s orders and patient’s clinical needs. The senior clinical nurse supervisors also periodically visit the patients at their homes to ensure good quality of care by our home healthcare nurses. The patient’s primary doctor is kept in loop and updated regularly on the patient’s clinical status.

- DOC nursing care can be provided in either of the two ways depending on the specific needs of the patient and their families:
- Shift Nursing – These nurses operate in 6, 8 and 12 hour shifts (Day & Night) to manage the care of the patient.
- Residential Nurse – 24 hours- The nurse will be staying at patients residence to manage their care
Post-Hospitalization Neuro Care
As in the case of heart patients, a nervous system disorder is also quite worrying and requires utmost care and regular medical follow through. This period can be extremely taxing for family members.
